Founder
Clint Calvert
Clint brings more than two decades of leadership development experience to 2nd Act — walking alongside people at pivotal moments in their careers and lives. After completing his own life plan in late 2024, he gained renewed clarity about his calling and launched 2nd Act to help others find theirs. He brings both analytical rigor and genuine human depth to every coaching engagement, whether working with individuals navigating transitions or organizations seeking clarity around their people.

Executive Director
Dr. Rebecca Reeves
Rebecca leads the day-to-day operations of 2nd Act with a pastoral heart and operationally grounded mind. Her background spans conference center leadership and church health ministry before she stepped into her own second act in 2026 to join the team. She is the first point of contact for individual coaching clients and brings a rare combination of organizational clarity and genuine care for the people she serves.

Client Services
Don Bennett
Don has spent decades at the intersection of education, community, and faith — managing youth recreation and enrichment programs for Milwaukee Public Schools, teaching at UW-Milwaukee, and serving in ministry. His Milwaukee roots and lifelong commitment to people development shape how he shows up for every client: with presence, warmth, and a genuine investment in where they're headed next.
